Frédéric Engel & Fils winery was originally established at the turn of the 18th century. The Engel family has been producing wines of excellent quality and distinction from the Sporen and Schoenenbourg Grand Cru terrains which surround our beautiful and historic village of Riquewihr for eight generations. Our heritage, love of our family, fine wines, incredible natural surroundings and historic village have guided and refined our careful process of making some of the finest wines Alsace has to offer.
